A worker needs no login and no account to scan; scanning is free and unlimited on every tier. Every scan lands in one Order Queue, grouped by supplier, where a buyer approves it and Arda drafts the purchase order. There is no card allowance and no per-card charge. - The Free tier costs nothing, forever, with no credit card, and carries no Order Queue orders — a paid seat is what completes an order. Solo caps at one seat and carries unlimited orders. Team and Pro carry unlimited orders and as many seats as needed, each priced at the tier's per-seat rate. - Solo is billed monthly, month to month, and charges at checkout with no trial.
