Make the card.
Type the part name or paste a supplier link.
Put it at the reorder point.
Keep two bins of contact tips by the weld cell, and put the card with the second bin.
Pull the card when the first bin runs out.
Work from the second bin while the card starts the reorder. No card, no order.
